The reason for this confusion is that the signals for both hunger and thirst are very similar it east to mix them up. So by drinking a large glass of water &#8220;that has no calories&#8221; you won&#8217;t eat as often and when you do eat you will also eat less.<br/><br/>Some foods to eat to lose weight are to cut back on the extras. The extras always taste great but they are so high in fats and calories that they make even a salad unhealthy to eat. A salad by itself is extremely health and will do a lot to help a person lose weight quickly.
